About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team at Let's Be The CHange. As a non-profit organization working on solid waste management and Clean India initiatives, we are looking for someone passionate about sustainability to lead our social media presence and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging and relevant content (infographics and videos) for various social media platforms.

    • Create visuals, infographics, and other media assets to convey our mission effectively.

  2. Platform Management:

    • Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (previously Twitter), and LinkedIn.

    • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.

  3. Community Engagement:

    • Interact with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

    • Foster a sense of community and encourage active participation in our initiatives.

  4. Campaign Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.

    • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights for improvement.

  5. Content Calendar Management:

    • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.

    • Stay informed about relevant trends and news to incorporate into content strategy.

  6. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

    • Prepare regular reports showcasing key performance indicators and insights.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in managing social media for non-profits or similar organizations.

  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  3. Proficient in graphic design tools and content creation.

  4. Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

  5. Passionate about environmental sustainability and Clean India initiatives.

  6. Previous experience in waste management or related fields is a plus.
